I am a 2022 McKenzie Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Economics at the University of Melbourne.
I am an economist interested in applied
micro-econometrics and human capital formation
through education and health. I study how children’s human capital is
shaped by their parents, teachers, and peers. I am also interested in
how parental responses to education and welfare policies affect
children’s outcomes.
I am affiliated with:
- The
Department of Economics at the University of Melbourne since
February 2022
-
IZA
Institute of Labor Economics since July 2018
-
Australian
Research Council (ARC) Centre of Excellence for Children and Families
over the Life Course (LCC) since May 2018
Before joining the University of Melbourne, I was a postdoctoral
Research Associate at
the
University of Sydney. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from
